HECARD Consult Pty. Ltd. is a medium sized Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy located in South-West Sydney. Although consultancy is regularly offered nationwide, the practice is particularly convenient for Sydney and other suburb of the New South Wales.

HECARD offer expertise and guidance in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering, which include provision of Expert Advice on Flood Risk Assessment, Surface Water Run-off, Stormwater Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Geo-technical Investigation, Residential Development, Project Management and Structural Design.

HECARD team members are well qualified and widely experienced engineers having Chartered status with either the ‘Structural Engineers’ or the ‘Civil Engineers’. To ensure that the knowledge and experience is fully utilised, each project, no matter how large or small, will carried out under the guidance of a Senior Engineer.

We offer a full range of design services; from feasibility studies and conceptual design, through to detailed design for construction. We work closely with all other design team members, particularly Architects, planners, clients and contractors.
